This SMS Terms & Text Messaging Policy explains the text-messaging (SMS) program of Harmony Homes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Harmony Homes and its authorized representatives about home inquiries, available homes and communities, pricing and promotions, appointments and tours, construction updates, and related account or customer service messages. Messages may be sent manually or by automated means.

How You Opt In

You consent to receive texts when you submit your mobile number through a form on our website or a Meta lead form and indicate your agreement to receive text messages; text one of our published numbers first; or give your number to a representative and agree to be texted. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our operational needs.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Harmony Homes does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of Your Mobile Information

We may share your mobile information only with service providers who help us operate the messaging program, and only as needed to deliver the service on our behalf or as required by law.

We collect and retain your mobile number, your messages to and from us, your opt-in and opt-out records, and metadata about our communications, to operate the program, respond to you, and keep business records.
