Featured Residence
Egan Crest
A singular desert-modern residence by Harmony Homes, shaped by an elevated Las Vegas homesite, natural light, and a close relationship with the surrounding landscape.
Desert modernism shaped by light and landscape.
Why harmony
Land. Architecture. Construction. Considered together.
Harmony Homes brings together a builder’s understanding, a developer’s perspective on land, and a distinctly Las Vegas sense of place. That breadth informs every decision, from recognizing the potential of a site to carrying the architectural vision through construction and completion.

Egan Crest Residence
Egan Crest embodies desert-modern architecture, conceived around eco-empathy and the rhythms of the Las Vegas landscape. Bold yet grounded, it balances sculptural form, natural materials, and sweeping views to create a residence deeply connected to its surroundings.
COMPLETED RESIDENCE
SkyFire Estate
From an expansive creative vision, SkyFire Estate brings asymmetrical forms, sculptural glasswork, rich wood detailing, and its natural surroundings into one dramatic composition, a contemporary expression of modern Las Vegas living.
A NEW COMMUNITY VISION
Rhodes Hills
Set against the monumental backdrop of the Red Rock landscape, Rhodes Hills introduces a new vision for desert living. Shaped by the land, respectful of its character, and conceived to belong to its setting.

The process
From first vision to
final detail.
A custom home is shaped through thousands of decisions. Harmony approaches each one in relationship with the complete vision. Bringing the site, architecture, construction, and client experience into alignment.
01
Vision & strategy
What's being built, for whom, and at what investment. Settled before anything else begins, so every later decision has a clear direction to follow.
02
Land
Reading the site itself. Orientation, elevation, views, privacy, access, climate before a single line gets drawn.
03
Design
Architecture, materials, and experience shaped around one direction, not negotiated between several.
04
Build
Planning and construction under one experienced hand, not handed between separate teams.
05
Delivery
One final pass over every detail, finishes confirmed, systems tested, nothing left unresolved, before a client ever steps inside.
THE FOUNDER
A Las Vegas life in building.
As founder of Harmony Homes, Jim Rhodes is the driving force behind a company shaped by more than four decades of homebuilding and development experience.
Starting at a young age, he built his perspective from the ground up, beginning on construction sites expanding across custom homebuilding, land, development, infrastructure, and large-scale communities across Las Vegas and beyond.
Today, that accumulated knowledge guides Harmony Homes and its next generation of residences and communities.
